If we discover that you have violated our licensing agreement by reselling, distributing, or otherwise claiming our intellectual property as your own, Dual Citizen will issue a cease and desist letter and an invoice for $10,000 to cover damages. By using our site and purchasing our products, you agree to this settlement clause and acknowledge that this remedy is reasonable and fair in the case of infringement.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any digital products purchased from our site unless there is a technical issue with the file, in which case we will work to resolve the issue or replace the file.
